Cupid Pecan Fudge Cups

Cupid Pecan Fudge Cups is a super easy recipe.  They are as much fun to make and just as delicious to eat.  Just follow the recipe and the baking tips and these gourmet treats will be coming from your very own kitchen in no time!


3 cups of Ghirardelli Baking Chips

4 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter

14 oz (1 can) of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

1-2 drops of Wilton’s Color Right Concentrated Food Coloring-Red

1 ¼ cups We Talk Nuts Pecans, chopped

Makes about 30-35 Cupid Pecan Fudge Cups



Line the mini cupcake pan with Wilton cupcake liners and set aside.

Melt butter in saucepan over medium low heat.

Add milk and stir until combined.

Add chocolate chips and stir until chips are completely melted.

Remove from heat.

Careful! Mixture will be extremely hot.

Add the Red Wilton’s Color Right Concentrated Food Coloring one drop at a time.

Add pecans and stir. The mixture should have a smooth consistency.

Immediately, using a small cake scooper, completely fill Wilton mini cupcake liners with fudge mixture.

Place in the refrigerator and allow fudge to set for 3-4 hours.

After fudge has set, remove cupcake liners and place Cupid Fudge Cups on a Valentine’s Day Serving Plate.

Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
